I recently found this facility through my dental insurance. I was treated with respect and kindness from the moment I called in to make my first appointment. They were able to see me the next day! Once in my visit, I was received warmly and with the best attitude even though I was late due to poor planning. Dr. Dixon is great and it was a pleasure t meet her, also Alisha, who helped get my x rays and other info was a delight to talk to. I would recommend 100% and Im so happy to have found my dental facility since being new to the area.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Family Dental Center. The customer service is always outstanding, and everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. They make me feel like more than just a patient they truly care about their patients and treat you like family. I'm always pleased with my appointments and appreciate the excellent care I receive every visit. I highly recommend Family Dental Center to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental office!

Due to my age I had to change insurance, therefore I was on the hunt for a new Dentist (which I hated dearly) and was recommended to The Family Dentist Center through a relative. My first appointment (cleaning) was amazing. The staff was very helpful and compassionate. I have a more intense appointment scheduled in a couple weeks and that will REALLY tell the story! 😜😂

Let me just Say this is a Dentist to go to, they are very personable, very welcoming, and they treat you like a dentist should. I went in for a first time visit and it feels as if I been there for years. My Dental Hygienist Lori Was amazing Very thorough and it felt as if I was at a spa of some sort it was amazing. My new home for now while in the Macon Area. Thank you So much if you with Aspen Dental Make the switch NOW

I really enjoyed Mrs. Lisa Harris. She was so calm and very professional. Mrs. Lisa was great at educating me regarding my condition and provided many options for me. I felt much better having her assigned to me. Very, very, professional. If you have any type of anxiety about going to the dentist, Lisa would be the one for you. I was going to leave, but she made me feel better about my dental plan. She listens to the patient, that is important to me. Great job 👍
